Another ethical dilemma presented in A.I. Artificial Intelligence is the concept of robotic rights. As we see David and other Mechas endure discrimination and violence at the hands of humans, we are forced to confront the idea of whether these artificial beings deserve the same rights and protections as their human counterparts.
